
Leo Biedermann joined Commerce Real Estate Solutions in October 2008 in the Brokerage Services division for Industrial Properties specializing in Industrial and Land sales.
Mr. Biedermann recently focused in on leasing properties for several landlords throughout the valley. His knowledge of the market has allowed his landlords to see their vacancy rates drop substantially. In the short period of time that Leo has been in the commercial real estate business, he has successfully negotiated over 250 transactions, which includes three land sales of over $8 million and over $30 million in sales and leases.
Before joining Commerce Real Estate Solutions, Leo worked for CB Richard Ellis from March 2006 until October 2008 and Robert K. Futterman, a retail brokerage firm, here in the Las Vegas Valley. After Leo graduated from college, he was drafted by the Cleveland Browns and played six years of professional football for several teams. Before moving to Las Vegas, Leo owned and operated a successful million dollar equipment sales and service business for six years in the San Francisco Bay area. In 2008, he was inducted into the Diablo Valley Junior College, California Sports Hall of Fame. In 2009, he will be inducted into the Daly City, California Sports Hall of Fame.
Mr. Biedermann graduated from the University of California at Berkeley (CAL) with a B.A. degree in Sociology. He was a three year Letterman for the Golden Bears and a member of the 1975 Co-Champions of the Pacific Eight Conference.

Some of his major assignments are the Palms Business Center Portfolio, Phoenix Plaza III, Greystone Office Park, Speedway Commerce Center I & II, Desert Inn Commerce Center, The Spectrum of Las Vegas, and Cheyenne Commerce Center.
