Liz Clare, CCIM is a Senior Director for Commerce Real Estate Solutions, a Cushman & Wakefield Alliance Member, Las Vegas Urban Properties Group. This groups services include: investment sales, mixed use retail/office/multi-family consulting, marketing, management, analysis, finance of street retail and landmark office properties as well as Tenant Representation in an urban environment. Liz and her team has focused on urban redevelopment in Las Vegas and have been involved in numerous Tenant and Landlord representations. Liz and her team work very closely with the City of Las Vegas Redevelopment group in order to help them achieve their redevelopment goals and access to tenants and investors.

Liz began her career in commercial real estate in Salt Lake City, Utah in 1997 specializing in office leasing and investment properties. During this time Liz represented many corporate clients, as well as LL representation in the 2nd and 3rd largest buildings in downtown Salt Lake City. She handled all dispositions and acquisitions for State Farm Insurance and represented e-Bay and State Farm insurance in 40,000SF and 80,000SF build-to-suit transactions.

During her career, Liz has leased over a million square feet of office and retail space and transacted investment sales valued at over nearly $100,000,000.

Las Vegas Landlord and Tenant relationships include Barden Gaming Group, Majestic Star Casinos, Citymark, CIM Group, Verge Development, Streamline Tower/Barclays North, Blue Marble Development/Rainbow Square and Paxton Walk and numerous financial institutions.

Liz Clare,CCIM attended college at the University of California Santa Barbara and the University of Utah. She is a member of Commercial Marketing Group (CMG), International Council of Shopping Centers (ISSC) and MENSA. She earned the CCIM designation in 1999.
