Professional Expertise

Lorrie Ostlind is a Senior Portfolio Manager with Cushman & Wakefield/Commerce, where she oversees operations of a portfolio of office buildings based out of the firm’s Union Park property management office.

Lorrie works with her team of professionals to ensure ownership objectives are met and often exceeded. This includes preparing budgets for owners, monthly financial reports, collecting rent, conducting tenant relations, maintaining owner relationships and overseeing the hiring of vendors for the properties she manages.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield/Commerce, Lorrie had been employed by some leading property management firms in Salt Lake City. Most recently with Hines, Lorrie served as Property Manager of two premier historic buildings in downtown Salt Lake City. Her responsibilities also included managing the South Towne Corporate Center, comprised of a highly sought-after, top-performing office complex in the Salt Lake City commercial market.

Currently, Lorrie serves as President of BOMA’s Utah Chapter (Building Owners and Managers Association), where she guides its Board of Directors in their professional and community outreach programs.
