Mindy Ackerman is an Industrial Specialist with Commerce Real Estate Solutions, a Cushman & Wakefield Alliance member where she specializes in industrial and flex-space properties, representing not only tenants and landlords but buyers and sellers as well.

Mindy began her career as an office manager and sales associate, which gave her a solid foundation in business transactions, and client services. Ultimately, Mindy’s interest was in representing clients in their commercial real estate decisions. She made the move and began working at CB Richard Ellis as a Team Manager/Marketing Specialist for one of the top producing industrial teams in the market. Quickly learning the industry, Mindy transitioned to the brokerage side as an independent agent, working closely with clients, assisting them to achieve their real estate goals.

With nearly 10 years of commercial real estate experience, Mindy has developed a base of clients ranging from national companies to local start-up companies. Since 2008, Mindy has been involved in over 120 transactions, totaling 11 million square feet. Mindy’s experience, knowledge and professionalism have given her the opportunity to work with some of the following clients, to name a few:
