Mike Babbitt joined the Bellevue Cushman & Wakefield - Commerce office in 2011 to team with Gary Bullington, Tom Wilson and their 40 years of combined experience. Mike specializes in the representation of buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants with occupancy requirements for industrial and high-tech facilities.

Before coming to Cushman & Wakefield - Commerce, Mike spent four years as an Account Executive with Pacific Office Automation, serving clients in the Puget Sound Region.

Mike’s entire immediate family is involved in the ownership, management and or construction activities related to commercial real estate.

Mike is a graduate of Washington State University with a B.A. in Social Studies and is a member of the WSU Alumni Association. He and his wife Katelyn make their home in Redmond.
