Professional Expertise

Mariko Mimnaugh is a Director with Cushman & Wakefield Commerce. She is an expert in tenant and landlord representation throughout the Wasatch Front with an emphasis on downtown Salt Lake City.

Mariko joined the highly regarded retail team at Cushman & Wakefield Commerce in 2006. Eighteen months later, the commercial real estate industry was in financial crisis as the market collapsed. Unintimidated, Mariko marched ahead, leveraging the challenge to create strategic career opportunities, which included stabilizing distressed assets within large receivership portfolios. This experience allowed her to further develop her unique skillset, which enable her to ensure her clients’ achieve optimal success of their financial goals in commercial real estate. Attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a thirst for knowledge make Mariko an excellent broker who her clients can count on to exceed their goals today and into the future.
