Company Experience

Mariko Chikaraishi joined Commerce Real Estate Solutions as part of the highly regarded Retail Team. She began her career as a junior agent for a top producing broker. She quickly learned the industry and now uses the skills she developed to assist her clients in determining and executing their real estate strategies.

Mariko is a hard working dedicated individual who believes strongly in education. She attended Utah State University where she majored in Apparel Textiles with a minor in Marketing. While attending school Mariko interned in New York City for Anne Klein.

A strong belief in customer service, and background in apparel and textiles, helped Mariko to have a very successful career in the retail industry. She worked for several retail outlets where her work ethic, communication skills and leadership abilities provided her the opportunity to work in management positions. She has learned what it takes to be successful in the sales arena and that knowledge has helped her to become a success in the real estate industry. After several years in the retail industry Mariko joined Overstock.com as a buyer where she managed several international accounts.

Understanding the sales process and the importance of her client’s needs during this process makes Mariko a standout in the commercial real estate industry. Her ability to quickly recognize problems and then find solutions that are beneficial to all parties makes her an invaluable asset to every client. She takes the time to understand all the details of each transaction assuring that everything moves smoothly through the entire process.
