Professional Expertise

Michael Dunn is the Market Leader for Cushman & Wakefield/Commerce’s Las Vegas office. He works with all service lines within the firm to grow market share for both investors and occupiers in Nevada. He leads brokerage, drives business development, oversees recruitment and client relationships, and supports transactions.

Mike began his commercial real estate career in 1979 and has a unique set of experience and credentials. He joined the company in 2003 and is consistently recognized by his peers as one of the top leasing and sales brokers in S. Nevada. Mike has represented large developers in leasing, marketing and developing of office and industrial properties. He has been directly responsible for a combined portfolio of 3.5 million SF of commercial space for the Lincoln Property Group in Dallas, The Howard Hughes Corporation, and American Nevada Company in Las Vegas.

Mike has represented companies from nearly every industry group including, completing over 2,500 office, industrial, land, sales and lease transactions, totaling over 15 million SF and valued at over one billion dollars.
