Professional Expertise

Molly Westbrook joined Cushman & Wakefield/Commerce’s Asset Services leadership in July 2016. As Vice President & General Manager, Molly leads all property management activities in the company’s Salt Lake City market, managing properties directly & overseeing responsibility of property management staff & operations. She works closely with our local Market Leader & brokerage teams to develop new business & industry relationships.

Molly is fluent in both property operations & tenant relations, ensuring tenants are given the highest quality products & services. Molly adds value & expertise to all aspects of office, retail, & industrial property relations, including hands‐on experience in leasing, payment collection, insurance contracts, construction management, risk assessment, property damage control, & client interactions. Her strong work ethic, particularly effective in business planning & long-term strategies, consistently ensures strong investment returns & maximized profits.

Prior to joining the company, Molly was three years with Commonwealth Partners, managing its 500,000 square foot Cottonwood Corporate Center; and six years with CBRE in various management roles.

Accomplishments

CommonWealth Partners/Cottonwood Corporate Center: with an ENERGY STAR score of 94, her property management in 2013 oversaw a four-phased retrofit & recalibration of the building’s lighting & HVAC systems, resulting in annual energy-cost savings of $35,000—a 17% improvement over the building’s 2012’s baseline.
