Professional Expertise

Nick Barber is a director with Cushman & Wakefield/Commerce, specializing in leasing and investment sales of office and retail properties. Originally from California, Barber has lived in Las Vegas for over 20 years and has been a licensed real estate agent for fourteen years. He was a Vice President of Brokerage at Gatski Commercial Real Estate Services prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield/Commerce. Prior to Gatski, Barber served as an Acquisition and Leasing Broker for Crighton Real Estate Holdings & Slade Development, and an Investment Broker at Vegas Valley Properties. Barber is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP), and is working towards his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. He has represented more than 300 clients on over 800 transactions with a value in excess of $800 million dollars.

Barber is also very active within his community, volunteering time and support to local organizations like the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, Homeless Helpers, the Boys and Girls Club of Southern Nevada, and the Rainbow Youth Soccer League.
