Nancy joined Commerce Real Estate Solutions in 1997 as an industrial and investment specialist. Her broad base of knowledge in real property transactions, attention to detail, and client dedication have earned her a committed clientele that rely on her expertise to achieve their real estate goals.

Nancy represents Owners and Landlords as well as Purchasers and Tenants in a variety of transactions. Her work with distribution clients includes local and regional users as well as national clients utilizing rapid deployment centers. Manufacturing companies rely on Nancy to help them locate facilities that will maximize their efficiency and operations in the intermountain west. Her work in the industrial arena also extends to the representation of developers in the acquisition and development of industrial business parks. Representation includes clients such as Hamilton Partners and The Rockefeller Group.

Nancy is an active member of the Investment Properties Group where she represents owners and investors in the purchase and disposition of all types of commercial investment properties. She has extensive experience in sale-leaseback transactions and has successfully negotiated multiple sales across the country for clients. Past work includes representation of Cummins Diesel Distributors and Cummins Inc. on 34 sale-leasebacks in over 17 states. Her involvement with 1031 exchanges has led to numerous transactions for investors looking for both single and multiple property holdings.

Nancy earned a BA and a JD from the University of San Diego and is admitted to the bar in both California and Utah. A combination of real estate experience along with a legal background in domestic and international transactions qualifies Nancy to add value to any deal.
