Commerce Hires Top Seattle Retail Broker Stacy Reid

Stacy Reid joins Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce as part of the Seattle retail brokerage team

SALT LAKE CITY—Nov. 7, 2012—Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce ( today announced it has hired Stacy Reid as part of the retail brokerage team in the Seattle area. Stacy comes from one of the firm’s competitors, Jones Lange LaSalle.

“Stacy is a retail powerhouse with a strong track record of success; we are excited to have her on our team,” said Dave Magee, Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce Senior Director and Managing Broker of the Washington Region. “She has a vast experience in western Washington, conducting a variety of complex real estate transactions over the last decade. Her presence on the team will help further set us apart at a leader in commercial retail in the area.”

Reid joins the retail team of Susie Detmer and Inger Johnson. The new team, with nearly 50 years of combined experience, will focus on sales and leasing of institutional quality properties and representing retail for national and regionally significant tenants. The objective is to expand the Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce retail business in the Washington State, while continuing to offer a high-touch, world-class level of service.

Reid is a graduate of University of Puget Sound and a life-long Puget Sound resident.
