Commerce opens branch in Boise, Idaho.

SALT LAKE CITY & BOISE, IDAHOMarch 26, 2012—Mike Lawson, president and CEO of Commerce Real Estate Solutions, an independently owned and operated member of the Cushman & Wakefield Alliance, announced today the opening of a new full-service office in Boise, Idaho effective April 1, 2012.

The new Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce Boise branch is the 10th office for the commercial real estate brokerage firm, and the second to open in the Intermountain West this year. The office will house 23 professionals (15 agents, 4 staff, and 4 property managers).

“Our strategic intent of opening a new office in Idaho is to serve our clients through excellent local leadership, while providing the global reach of Cushman & Wakefield with the industry-leading services of Commerce,” said Lawson.

LeAnn Hume will serve as branch manager and Tim Reid as principal of the new Boise office located at 398 South 9th Street, Suite 260. Hume and Reid will lead the team of brokerage professionals at the new Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce office.

The new full-service group will benefit from Commerce’s acclaimed, super-regional resources, including its Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and graphics divisions, as well as the valuation and international platform and consulting services of Cushman & Wakefield.
