Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce Brokers Win Multiple Awards and Accolades

Kip Paul, Executive Director-Investment Sales, was named Investment Broker of the Year by the Utah chapter of CCIM as part of its annual CCIM Business Excellence Awards.

LeAnn Hume, Principal/Branch Manager of the Boise Office and Retail/Investment Specialist, was named one of the Women of the Year by Idaho Business Review.

Geoffrey West, Senior Director – Investments/Apartments, was named one of Las Vegas’ top 40 business professionals under 40 years of age by VEGAS INC.

Alison Beddard, Associate Director – Office & Investment, was honored with the distinction as one of Utah’s Forty Under 40 by Utah Business Magazine.

Dana Baird, Senior Director, was named as a finalist in the Utah CCIM Business Excellence Awards as Office Broker of the Year.

Travis Parry, Director-Industrial/Investment, was honored as a finalist in the Utah CCIM Business Excellence Awards for Industrial Broker of the Year.

Jarrod Hunt, Director-Industrial Services, was named a finalist in the Utah CCIM Business Excellence Awards for Industrial Broker of the Year.

Tammy Rasmussen, Property Manager-Asset Services, was honored as a finalist in the Utah CCIM Business Excellence Awards Property Manager of the Year.
