LAS VEGAS—Apr. 2, 2013—Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce Las Vegas today announced it has added Jennelle Reedy, as an associate, to its expanding team of top-tier commercial real estate professionals. Reedy will specialize in investment properties and apartment sales as part of an existing investment sales team.
Prior to joining C&W|Commerce, Reedy was an Associate with Colliers International Las Vegas where she specialized in retail and investment properties and delivered numerous commercial real estate services including acquisitions, dispositions, investment valuations, and driving resolutions for distressed and non-performing properties.
She will be part of the highly praised group, which includes Stephen Wilson an Associate focusing on investments / apartments and Geoffrey West, Senior Director of Investments / Apartments, who was recently recognized by Vegas Inc as one of the top 40 business people under 40 in Las Vegas. In the past year, this team has closed nine investment sale transactions totaling more than $45 million and continues to maintain a strong market presence and traction in the investment sales market.

Before her time with Colliers, Reedy had gained experience and honed her real estate skills with RE/MAX First Choice in La Crosse, Wisconsin. At this company she participated in closing 31 transactions in 2011 representing more than $3 million in inventory. With her focus on investment sales and disposition of distressed properties she represented owners in the sale of numerous types of properties including hotels, restaurants and industrial buildings. Reedy also has deep experience in the field of property management. She was an assistant manager at Hayloft Property Management in Minneapolis, Minnesota where she was responsible for leasing, managing and maintaining several multi-family units, and also implemented strategic property marketing plans for her clients.
