Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce Lists Pointe-Post Falls Retail Development as the Retail Hub for the Idaho Panhandle

BOISE, ID–(Marketwire – Jul 1, 2013) – The Pointe-Post Falls Retail Development, which is listed by the Idaho office of Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce, is shaping up to be the main retail hub for the Idaho Panhandle. The 176-acre development is located near the Washington/Idaho state line at Interstate 90 & North Beck Road in Post Falls, Idaho.

The project was recently purchased by Wadsworth Development Group of Salt Lake City.

Access to the site has been greatly improved recently due to the opening of the New I90 off-ramp at North Beck Road. This new off-ramp allows quick and easy access from the surrounding areas, and high visibility for signage from Interstate traffic traveling both East and West.
