LAS VEGAS—Nov. 24, 2015—Cushman & Wakefield/Commerce welcomes Jayne Cayton, senior director and Matt Kreft, senior associate to the Las Vegas office. Cayton and Kreft join the firm as office specialists focusing on both tenant and landlord representation.

With over 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Cayton joins Cushman & Wakefield/Commerce from Voit Real Estate Services where she honed her skill in all facets of the office market.
Cayton’s expertise gives her clients a strategic advantage, allowing her to assist them with their office needs locally, regionally and nationally. She currently represents the American Diabetes Association, Brooks and Bauer, Ticketmaster, Wells Fargo Advisors, Genex Services, ComPsych, and Make-a-Wish Foundation, among others. Her achievements include being named top producer and receiving the Outstanding Sales Achievement Award from the CBRE Las Vegas office in 2009. Cayton was recognized as one of the Top 40 Business Professionals Under 40 in Las Vegas by In Business Las Vegas in 2007 and awarded Emerging Leader and Office Broker of the year by Real Estate Monthly Magazine of Southern Nevada in 2007. Cayton earned a B.A. in Communications Studies with an emphasis in advertising from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
Kreft previously worked with Voit Real Estate from 2013 to 2015 and with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank (formerly Grubb & Ellis) from 2004 to 2013, where he helped provide leasing services on General Growth Properties’ 1.1 million square foot Las Vegas office portfolio, enabling General Growth Properties to capitalize on their investment with a portfolio sale of over $100 million in 2012. His real estate background includes extensive landlord representation in both professional and medical office buildings, as well as sales experience in both investment and owner/user sales. Prior to his career in commercial real estate, he served as a program analyst.

Kreft graduated from California State University, Sacramento earning a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice.
