Las Vegas Tenant Rep Team Reports Strong Leasing Activity in Las Vegas in Q1, 2017

LAS VEGAS, Apr. 7, 2017 – The first quarter of 2017 in Las Vegas was a strong one for leasing activity, according to the Palmeri – Wainwright tenant representative team of Cushman & Wakefield Commerce. The team of Dan Palmeri, SIOR and Natalie Wainwright specializes in exclusively representing tenants with their leasing, acquiring, relocating, expansions and build-to-suit projects. They secured 14 tenant lease transactions totaling 89,480 square feet with $13.3 million in lease values in Q1 2017.

New leases included:

  • Progressive Casualty Insurance Company signed a new 7,753 square-foot lease at 150 N Stephanie St, Suite 150, Henderson, NV 89074.
  • Guaranteed Rate, Inc. signed a new lease for 6,767 square-foot space at 9121 W Russell Rd, Suite 210, Las Vegas, NV 89148.
  • Heck Wealth Management signed a new 1,720 square-foot space lease to move to 1180 Town Center Dr., Suite 150, Las Vegas, NV 89144.
  • Iovation, LLC, signed a new lease for 3,080 square-foot space at 3770 Howard Hughes Pkwy, Ste 250, Las Vegas, NV 89169.
  • Aetna Health Management, LLC, signed a new lease for 13,378 square-foot space at 475 Capovilla Ave, #100, Las Vegas, NV 89119.
  • Tessellate LLC signed a new lease for 11,482 square-foot space at 770 Pilot Rd, Ste F, Las Vegas, NV 89119. 
  • Akerman LLP signed a new lease for 15,055 square-foot space at 1635 Village Center Circle, Ste 200, Las Vegas, NV 89134

 

Renewals/Expansions include:

  • JSA Healthcare Nevada, Inc. renewed their lease for 4,383 square-foot space located at 5320 W Rainbow Blvd, Suite 150, Las Vegas, NV 89118.
  • Randstad Professionals US, LLC renewed their lease for 4,887 square-foot space at 6720 Via Austi Pkwy, Suite 370, Las Vegas, NV 89119.
  • WonderBotz LLP signed a sublease agreement for 4,778 square-foot space at 5820 S Eastern Ave, Ste 250, Las Vegas, NV 89119.
  • DaVita Medical Management Services Nevada, LLC, renewed three leases totaling 12,873 sq. ft. at 1505 Wigwam Pkwy, Suite 230, Las Vegas, NV 89012, 5575 S Durango Dr, Ste 103-104, Las Vegas, NV 89113 and at 129 W Lake Mead Dr., Suite A-10, Henderson, NV 89015.
  • Zenith American Solutions, Inc. expanded their space by adding 3,324 square-foot space to their existing office for a total of 24,185 SFat 9121 W Russell Rd, Suite 208, Las Vegas, NV 89148.
