Las Vegas—Sept. 29, 2014—Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce today announced that Michael Dunn has been promoted to the position of Market Leader for the Las Vegas office. In this new position, Dunn will be responsible for growing market share for Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce across all services for both investors and occupiers.

Dunn will direct business development, recruiting, key client relationships and support all of the company’s service lines. Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce’s platform includes brokerage, leasing, capital markets, facility management, project management, as well as related services in the Las Vegas area.
With more than 35 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Dunn has represented a wide range of clients including large developers in leasing, marketing, and developing office and industrial properties. A 28-year resident of Las Vegas, he has been with Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce since 2003.
Dunn is a graduate of the University of Utah and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration & Finance. He has received numerous awards including the 2007 Las Vegas Commercial Alliance Member of the year. He also achieved the commercial real estate industry’s CCIM designation in 1992 and his SIOR designation in 2008. He currently serves as the president of the Southern Nevada SIOR chapter.
