SALT LAKE CITY INDUSTRIAL REPORT: The overall vacancy rate, now sitting at 9.41% has increased slightly from third quarter 2011. Read the Salt Lake City Industrial Report

SALT LAKE CITY OFFICE REPORT: The overall direct combined vacancy rate for all property classes in the Salt Lake City Metro Office Market ended the thrid quarter at 14.8%, a slight decrease of one tenth of a percentage point from mid-year 2012, but an increase of almost one percentage point from year0end 2011. Read the Salt Lake City Office Report
