Professional Expertise

Pete Janemark is a Senior Associate with Cushman & Wakefield/Commerce, specializing in the leasing and sales of office and warehouse space in Northwest Las Vegas, focusing on landlord representation. Pete brings over 30 years of commercial real estate experience, with extensive asset management, business development and sales knowledge.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield/Commerce, Pete was a commercial real estate consultant in Northern California, where he performed extensive work on environmental remediation, watershed management, and natural resource management. He has participated in appraisals, acquisitions, reorganizations and the re-selling of over $2 billion worth of timberland in the environmentally contentious Northern California region. In addition, Pete has participated in the conversion of $500 million worth of timberland to form new parkland within the California State Park System. He also provided extensive analysis support for both plaintiffs and defendants in property disputes and property damage evaluations. As a consultant with California regional governments he worked extensively on re-vamping the formation and annexation process of cities and utility districts throughout California.

With an extensive background in geography, and his seven years as a Las Vegas resident, Pete has developed a thorough knowledge of the valley and all its opportunities. He has also acquired a keen sense of the Las Vegas commercial office and warehouse market. With over 200 closed transactions since 2008 spanning all areas of the Las Vegas valley, Pete understands the unique qualities of and the specific needs of owners in each area.

With a strong emphasis on being available and providing excellent quality of service, he maintains the ability to show any property in the area within fifteen minutes of a call. Pete brings a unique and diverse knowledge base to every transaction, and has the business and investment experience to guide both tenant and landlord through leasing and sales transactions. In addition, Pete is an expert in the use of mapping and information technology to help clients make the most informed decisions regarding their business location.
