Professional Expertise

Pete Janemark is a Senior Associate with Cushman & Wakefield Commerce, specializing in the sale and leasing of office and warehouse space in the Las Vegas valley, focusing on seller and landlord representation. Pete brings over 30 years of commercial real estate experience, with extensive asset management, business development and sales knowledge.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield Commerce, Pete served as leasing and sales representative with LeaseCorp, a boutique Las Vegas real estate firm focused on large multi-tenant centers. He also served as a real estate data manager for the Department of Energy on a large environmental cleanup project on the Nevada National Security Site.

Before entering the Las Vegas market, Pete was a commercial real estate consultant in Northern California, where he performed extensive work on environmental remediation, watershed management, and natural resource management. He has participated in appraisals, acquisitions, reorganizations and the re-selling of over $2 billion worth of timberland in the environmentally contentious Northern California region. In addition, Pete has participated in the conversion of $500 million worth of timberland to form new parkland within the California State Park System. He also provided extensive analysis support for both plaintiffs and defendants in property disputes and property damage evaluations.

With an extensive background in geography, and his fifteen years as a Las Vegas resident, Pete has developed a thorough knowledge of the valley and all its opportunities. He has also acquired a keen sense of the Las Vegas commercial office and warehouse market. With over 400 closed transactions spanning all areas of the Las Vegas valley, Pete understands the unique qualities of and the specific needs of business owners in each area. In addition, Pete is an expert in the use of mapping and information technology to help clients make the most informed decisions regarding their business location.
