Company Experience

Ryan R. Humes joined the Commerce Real Estate Solutions Asset Services team in 2006 as a Portfolio Manager. He brings his dedication to the job, hard work ethic and resourcefulness to the position.

Ryan began his career in property management in 2004 as a property manager for a firm in Salt Lake City where he used his exceptional interpersonal skills to oversee performance of contractual duties of tenants. During this time Ryan also coordinated maintenance of buildings where his attention to detail and creative problem solving made him an invaluable manager.

Prior to, and in conjunction with, his property management experience Ryan has been involved in the financial planning industry. He started as an annuity sales specialist and quickly moved to a financial advisor, where he developed and designed diversified portfolios. His analytical and methodical thinking made him a success in the field and gave him the opportunity to become a seminar presenter specializing in asset allocation.

Ryan has a strong belief in the importance of education and is continually dedicated to learning. He graduated from the University of Utah David Eccles School of Business with B.S. degrees in Finance and Business Management. Ryan also understands the importance of community involvement. He has spent time as an international ecclesiastical representative, a high school basketball coach and a volunteer at Shriners Hospital in Salt Lake City. Ryan's experience, education and natural skills, provide him all the tools necessary to meet the needs of each of his clients.
