Professional Expertise

Robert Lindsey is the Branch Manager for the Northern Utah office of Cushman & Wakefield/Commerce. A commercial agent since 1999, Robert rapidly became a top producer and is widely recognized for his knowledge and experience in the market. His leadership, experience, knowledge of the industry, and vision led him to accept the position as Branch Manager.

Beginning his career as a real estate appraiser, then moving into real estate brokerage, has given Robert an understanding of the real estate industry that few in the profession have. Now specializing in real estate investment, Robert assists clients in the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate properties. Robert works with individuals as well as institutions and focuses primarily on mid-size to large transactions.

Robert knows the importance of building relationships with his clients. Recognizing that tenants, landlords, developers, and investors need not only expertise but the ability to trust and rely on an agent to represent their best interests, Robert has established working relationships with industry leaders throughout northern Utah. His network of contacts, friends, and resources has led to the completion of many successful transactions.

Meticulous about providing the most timely, accurate market information available to his clientele, Robert is proficient in assembling the site information, competition analysis, demographic profiles and market penetration studies that are vital in today’s ever-changing commercial real estate environment. His skill in using that information to accomplish a client’s goals is equally important – Robert’s clientele rely on him to provide valuable insight into market conditions.

Robert’s expert negotiation skills have been honed through experience in both leasing and sales. His ability to navigate even the most difficult transactions has brought him a well-earned reputation as a closer – one who knows what it takes to bring every deal to a winning conclusion.
