Company Experience

Steve has more than 25 years experience as general manager and marketing director of the Freeport Center, Utah’s largest industrial park, with more than 7 million square feet and 90 buildings. He has negotiated thousands of leases, and has extensive experience in all aspects of development, construction, and financing. His varied experience assists clients to make optimal decisions in today’s fast-paced commercial real estate market.

With Commerce Real Estate Solutions, Steve works with an experienced team of industrial/investment specialists representing building owners and tenants and is backed up with the most comprehensive information and research capabilities available in the Utah market. Steve earned a B.A. and M.B.A. from the University of Utah. He is past president of the Utah Chapter of the National Association of Industrial Office Parks (NAIOP), and is the 2004 NAIOP Member of the Year. He is experienced in working with state and local economic development groups and has used this knowledge to help clients to obtain financial incentives in their site search requirements.
