Prior to making the move to real estate brokerage, Susan was the due diligence and closing manager for Harsch Investment Properties. In this position she closed more than $850 million in acquisition and sale assignments; consisting of shopping centers, apartments, office and industrial properties. Harsch is a privately held commercial real estate investment company valued in excess of $2 billion. The company owns more than 20 million square feet of office, multi-tenant industrial and retail properties in six western states, including 8 million square feet locally in Las Vegas.
Susan’s analytical expertise includes: cash flow analysis (Argus), lease and CAM evaluation, risk identification, analysis of third party reports such as environmental studies, title reports, and surveys. This vast experience makes Susan an invaluable resource to buyers or sellers as they evaluate properties to add to or eliminate from their investment portfolios. She also has the expertise to assist landlords and tenants when it comes to representation on properties or space for lease.
Susan’s desire to be on the leading edge of the real estate industry has led her to obtain the designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), where she is a member of the local Chapter and past Board Member.
