Shontell Olson serves as Operations Director for Cushman & Wakefield/Commerce’s in Salt Lake City, Utah.

In this capacity she ensures the office runs effectively and efficiently; manages administrative employees and ensures quality control for work they generate; assists in the development of the office budget; manages expenses; tracks and maintains state filings for all entities associated with the company; as well as creates a positive work environment.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield/Commerce, Shontell gained extensive experience as Office Manager/Schedule Coordinator with Appliance Pros Plus, Inc., Owner/Manager of Point to Point, Inc., Accounts Payable Manager with Macey’s Corporate, and Assistant Account Manager with HOJ Engineering.

Shontell has over 20 years of accounting, reconciliation and balancing experience, and possesses exceptional customer service and communication skills. She is a strong leader that thrives in a fast-paced work environment; who prides herself as being a detail oriented multi-tasker. Dedicated to the company and her fellow co-workers, Shontell excels in keeping the company’s headquarters running smoothly.
