
Tim Anker joined Commerce Real Estate Solutions in 2006 as a member of the Office Specialist Team. He brings to the team his strong work ethic, enthusiasm for the real estate market and his dedication and commitment to success.
During his 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry Tim has developed strong relationships with developers, investors, landlords, and local and national companies. These key relationships have helped him to become well known in the commercial real estate market, particularly when it comes to working with owner/users. His expertise, experience and knowledge have allowed him the opportunity to work outside his specialty of the office market, providing service in all facets of the commercial real estate industry. Tim has been called as an expert witness in commercial real estate trials and is often asked to share his commercial real estate expertise as a guest speaker at conventions and private meetings.
His strong organizational attributes help Tim to keep the information flow moving which, in turn, makes for smooth transactions, particularly when it comes time to closing deals. Tim understands that his clients know their real estate needs and it is his job to know and understand the real estate market, recognizing current and potential needs and then quickly finding solutions to those needs. He is there to help clients locate properties, structure lease and sales agreements, find suitable exchange properties, and find tenants for existing properties. This understanding makes Tim and invaluable asset to his clients.
Tim's knowledge, experience and dedication have given him the opportunity to work with such clients as Key Bank, Sundance, ORIX USA, IBM, MGIS Companies, Sears, UDOT and Starbucks. Tim graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Brigham Young University, is an Associate Broker, and a current candidate for CCIM.
