Professional Expertise

Tom Callister is a Director with Cushman & Wakefield/Commerce, specializing in land and retail properties. He has been in the business over ten years and brings a wealth of experience to the brokerage and community. Tom is a dedicated individual who always puts his clients’ needs and desires first. He is an excellent communicator who listens to his clients, understands their objectives, and puts in the time and effort to assure they are being met.

Prior to beginning his career in commercial real estate, Tom was involved in the construction industry working as an estimator, project manager and general contractor. The experience has given him unique insight into the entire scope of commercial real estate and set him on a course of success in the industry. While working in this capacity Tom was heavily involved in the $110 million Dixie Medical Center in St. George. He is a hardworking and very motivated individual, an attribute that has helped him earn several sales awards (below). Tom owns multiple commercial properties which give him an added perspective and personal experience to the commercial real estate industry which he shares with his clients.

Tom loves Southern Utah and takes full advantage of what it has to offer, including: boating, mtn. biking, climbing, canyoneering, dirt biking, and golfing. He believes strongly in giving back to the community and has assisted many as a mentor in various treatment and prevention programs.
