Travis has extensive experience as an Intellectual Property Consultant where he has worked with Fortune 100 companies in developing their overall company intellectual property strategies. Working as a consultant with top corporations, Travis has become extremely adept at negotiations and strategic planning from a long-term, corporate perspective.
Prior to joining Commerce Real Estate Solutions, Travis spent three years as the Vice President of Real Estate Development for a construction firm in St. George, Utah. While serving in this capacity his responsibilities included site selection, disposition and acquisition of properties, and the development of future investment opportunities. Through his work in the construction field, and as a real estate developer, Travis has become an expert in green building concepts and energy conservation techniques, and is a leader in green development initiatives.
