Travis Parry is a member of the Commerce Real Estate Solutions commercial real estate team in their St. George, Utah office. Travis is part of Southern Utah's top industrial office. The office has represented Southern Utah's premiere industrial parks including Fort Pierce Industrial Park and Port 15 bringing in firms like Viracon, Milliken and Charlotte Pipe. Travis is an industry leader when it comes to assisting clients with their site selection needs. Travis has a wealth of experience in the business world, from high tech research and development, to residential and commercial construction and real estate development. Travis has extensive experience as an Intellectual Property Consultant where he has worked with Fortune 100 companies in developing their overall company intellectual property strategies. Working as a consultant with top corporations, Travis has become extremely adept at negotiations and strategic planning from a long-term, corporate perspective.

Prior to joining Commerce Real Estate Solutions, Travis spent three years as the Vice President of Real Estate Development for a construction firm in St. George, Utah. While serving in this capacity his responsibilities included site selection, disposition and acquisition of properties, and the development of future investment opportunities. Through his work in the construction field, and as a real estate developer, Travis has become an expert in green building concepts and energy conservation techniques, and is a leader in green development initiatives.

His tremendous interpersonal skills make Travis comfortable working with individuals in every position of an organization. He takes the time to listen to clients, understands their needs and is then dedicated to meeting the expectations of their requests.
