Tammy is a General Manager for the Asset Services group for Commerce Real Estate Solutions and oversees the management of 260,000 square feet of Class “A” office space in Salt Lake City and Murray, Utah. Her responsibilities include overseeing the financial operations, maintenance, capital improvements, tenant relations, owner relations, and marketing efforts of the office properties.

Tammy's expertise includes assisting investors with the management of their office properties through the disposition and acquisition process and successfully transferring the management of the property through an organized property start-up program at Commerce Real Estate Solutions. Tammy and her team are focused on adding value to her client's investments while providing superior service to their tenants.

Tammy holds a real estate license in the State of Utah.
