Trevor Youngren is a Director with Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce where he specializes in tenant representation. He has earned a reputation of being a market leader in representing well-known national and local technology, consulting, and startup companies. Trevor provides real estate advisory and brokerage services to his clients throughout the Puget Sound region with a special focus on the Eastside market.

Prior to joining C&W | Commerce, Trevor was a Senior Associate with Jones Lang LaSalle for five years. He began his career in commercial real estate conducting property vacancy surveys for the Washington Center for Real Estate Research and also worked for Teutsch Partners, a development and brokerage firm.
